oookay, so i’m going to puplish this because there are a lot of questions like this.. lets start! :D
i’m in year 13, which means i will graduate this school year! after it i’m going to travel for a year and looking for a university. my typical schedule for meals during school semesters always look a bit different, but the last months it always was like this:
waking up at around 6 o’clock, making myself a big cup of tea and preparing half a litre fresh smoothie. if i’m reeeeally hungry i’m eating something but mostly i eat in school because it saves more time in the morning (the whole smoothie and breakfast preparing thing takes a lot of time!). if i have 6h school i’m also taking a breadroll with peanutbutter and banana with me and something to snack like nuts. if i have 8h of school i have two breadrolls (one with pb/banana and one with avocado). i drink my smoothie in my first school lesson and have my first breadroll after two lessons. after 4 lessons i have my second one. i always have lunch right after school when i’m at home. what i have for lunch depends on what i’m craving, on schooldays it’s mostly a big bowl of oatmeal with nutbutters but sometimes also pasta/potatoes veggies etc. sometimes i’m eating out with friends. i always snack nuts or fruit or veggies in between, even if i’m not really hungry but i could eat the whole day if i had school haha. i always have dinner around 6-7 o’clock and it’s mostly something savory with a lot of carbs to fill me up for the night (and if i hadn’t oatmeal for lunch i often have it for dinner). i also love eating dinner with my boyfriend or in restaurants, i guess at least once a week :)
after dinner i always enjoy my dessert like cookies, cake or something.
but not all of my days are like this, today for example i had right after school a big slice of chocolate cake and a big hot chocolate, just because i craved it and met a good friend! i try to eat healthy, but eating healthy includes for me to satisfy my cravings and to not avoid any kind of food- and if my craving is chocolate cake i will have it.
